My name is Denny Reaser, and I am the President and Owner of Reaser Construction. Over twenty years ago, I founded Reaser Construction with a vision to deliver exceptional quality and service in the construction industry. What began as a bold idea has grown into a successful company built on integrity, hard work, and a commitment to excellence.
I began my career in construction as a teenager, quickly realizing the importance of reliability, professionalism, and following through on commitments. Over the years, I have dedicated myself to upholding the highest standards of quality and customer service, ensuring our company consistently exceeds client expectations. My hands-on experience ranges from working on job sites to managing complex projects and overseeing all aspects of daily operations. Today, I focus on leading our talented team, maintaining operational excellence, and ensuring that our mission is reflected in every project we undertake. I am passionate about building lasting relationships and transforming our clients’ visions into reality.
Outside of work, I am happily married to my wife Amanda, and we have three wonderful children. In my free time, I enjoy golfing, shooting sports, and taking on various projects at home.

Hello, I’m Amanda Reaser. For more than 21 years, my husband and I have worked alongside one another building and operating Reaser Construction. Our goal has always been to serve our local communities with genuine care, delivering quality craftsmanship and treating every client with honesty and integrity. Along the way, my role has grown from handling executive administrative tasks to leading our marketing and community outreach efforts. My Christian faith is at the core of everything I do, guiding the way we care for our clients and each project as if it were our own home.
Beyond my work, I’m a proud wife and mother to three wonderful children. I find joy in family time, volunteering in the community, and working around our small family farm tending to the garden and the farm animals.
Brandon Markley

Hi, I’m Brandon, Project Manager at Reaser Construction. I’ve been with Reaser since August 2015, and my role involves project planning, scheduling, field supervision, customer relations, and wearing many hats — including working in the field when needed.
I’ve been in the construction and remodeling business for 30 years, and I’m proud to work with a company that shares my mindset of doing things the right way, leading with high-quality standards, and taking care of high-quality customers. I enjoy the constant change and challenges that come with the day-to-day work, and I value providing clients with the highest level of quality — because for us, that’s the standard, not just something we talk about.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and pets, being outdoors, camping, going off-road, shooting sports, fishing, and hunting.
Bruce Howard

My name is Bruce Howard, and I have been the office manager at Reaser Construction since January 2021 and have over 20 years of experience in the industry. My role with Reaser Constructions includes two main functions. First, after our clients commit to working with us for their project, I am responsible for drawing any necessary project drawings using Chief Architect software and coordinating the selection process with our clients and vendors to develop a construction contract that represents the final scope of work. Second, I oversee the bookkeeping for Reaser Construction including processing the payroll information needed by our payroll service to pay our employees. My favorite parts of the job are showing a client an accurate model of their completed project before we even start construction and maintaining accurate accounting records. Both aspects allow our clients and our company to make good decisions that provide long-term satisfaction. I think the key value that guides my work is looking at projects as if they were my own. I work hard to gain an understanding of our client’s goals, dreams, and priorities for their project, and using that understanding, develop a plan to make that a reality. My wife, Susan, and I have been married for 31 years and have two adult children – a son and a daughter. Outside of Reaser Construction, I enjoy serving God in my family, church, and work. I also enjoy turning wood and acrylics into pens, seam rippers, crochet needles, and other similar projects using a small lathe.
Jared Kromer

Hi, I’m Jared Kromer, Project Consultant at Reaser Construction. I joined the team in March of 2023, and my role involves helping clients through the early phases of the preconstruction process — understanding their goals, developing a clear project scope and budget, and helping instill trust in our company and process from the very beginning.
I have been involved in the trades and construction professionally for over a decade, with the last eight years focused on estimating residential construction. Before moving to Ohio to work with Reaser Construction, my wife and I lived in Utah, where I owned a residential general contracting company. Those years helped me build the experience and knowledge I use every day, especially when it comes to understanding the details that make a project successful. I believe success is accomplished in the details — from anticipating potential challenges to organizing a clear and accurate estimate for the client.
What I enjoy most about construction is that it is both a skill and a craft. It requires technical knowledge, problem-solving, communication, and professionalism, and I enjoy being part of an industry that allows for constant growth. I also enjoy building relationships with clients, meeting prospective clients, and representing the skilled craftsmanship our team carries out every day.
My foundation in life is my Christian faith, which shapes the way I work and interact with others. I believe in hard work, honesty, integrity, and treating people with consistency and care. Outside of work, I can usually be found in our garden or taking care of animals on our small farm. I also enjoy backpacking in the mountains, hunting, fishing, rock climbing, and spending time with my wife and our three children.
