We help guide clients through the early planning and pre-construction process and can coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and other professionals when needed. The level of design support required will depend on the type and complexity of your project.
What does your consultation and estimating process look like?
The process begins with an initial conversation to learn more about your goals, property, timeline, and budget. From there, we may schedule an on-site consultation, review plans and existing conditions, and develop a detailed scope of work and estimate for the project.
